Are outside systems accessing our data sources?
No. Only the Bear Analytics technology team will have access to IPC data. All access to MS Azure is controlled by Entra ID accounts protected by MFA and granted on a least-privilege basis. Bear IQ access is only accessible via a VPN client.
What kind of retention does the AI platform use?
Bear IQ retains data solely according to the customer’s specified retention requirements. Data is kept only as long as needed or requested by the customer, and can be deleted promptly in compliance with retention policies, ensuring control over data management.
Does any of the data include PII?
Bear IQ does not capture or store sensitive data like SSN, CC, PHI, or driver's licenses. For IPC, the only PII stored is data collected by CDS registration and EXPOCAD sales platforms connected to Bear IQ via API.
